Director share options

Mr David Bellamy, Mr Ian Gascoigne, Mr Martin Moule and Mr Mike Wilson, all executive directors of SJPC, today notified the Company that on 10 March 2003 they were granted the following options to acquire ordinary shares of 15p each in SJPC under the Executive Share Option Scheme 2000:
