St. James's Place plc directorate change

Further to its announcement on 4 June 2003, SJPC announces that Martin Moule has today resigned as a Director of SJPC, although he will remain with the Group until 31 August 2003.
As previously announced, Andrew Croft has replaced Martin Moule as Finance Director of the Group. He has also joined the Board of St. James's Place UK plc.
