St. James's Place plc directorate change

As previously announced by St James's Place Capital plc ("SJPC"), Mark Lund joins SJPC today as Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Executive Designate.

At the date of his appointment to SJPC, Mr Lund had no interests in the ordinary 15p shares of SJPC.
