Submission of documents to the UKLA

In accordance with Chapter 9, Paragraph 32 of the Listing Rules, SJPC has submitted copies of the following documents to the UK Listing Authority:

  • Annual Report & Accounts 2003
  • Notice of AGM 2004
  • Proxy Form
  • Articles of Association
  • Circular in respect of scrip dividend
  • Mandate in respect of scrip dividend

These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
