St. James's Place Capital plc (SJPC) announces completion of the disposal of Life Assurance Holding Corporation Limited to Swiss Re.

Further to the announcement on 1 July 2004, SJPC announces that, following receipt of regulatory approvals, completion took place today of the sale of SJPC's entire shareholding in Life Assurance Holding Corporation Limited to Swiss Re.
