Director's interests in ordinary shares

Mr Mark Lund notified the Company today that he has acquired 5490 ordinary shares of 15p each in the Company at a price of £1.81 each. These shares were acquired on 28 October 2004.
Accordingly, following this transaction, Mr Lund’s interests in ordinary shares of the Company are as follows:

| Non-beneficial: | nil |
With the exception of the changes notified above, Mr Lund’s interests in ordinary shares of the Company are unchanged.
